Return Policy

All returns of non-defective Goods must be authorized in writing by ElectroSea in the form of a Return Authorization (RA) prior to shipment by Buyer.

Issuance of an RA does not guarantee credit; credit issuance is dependent on confirmed receipt/review of returned Goods and is subject to the other terms of this policy. All returned Goods shall be subject to a 15% restocking fee and any shipping and handling charges, plus any applicable sales tax.

All returned non-defective Goods must be:

  • RA initiated within 30 days of the date of shipment.
  • In new, unused condition.
  • Accompanied by an RA.
  • Not a special or custom Good or otherwise sold as non-returnable.
  • Returned unaltered and in original packaging. Open-package returns must include all original parts in original condition (i.e., pieces cannot have been screwed together or fittings have any plumbing compound applied).
  • Unbroken and undamaged.

Goods not meeting the above criteria will not be accepted for return and no credit shall be issued to Buyer.

Returns of Goods not meeting all such criteria may be returned by ElectroSea to Buyer at Buyer’s expense.

Dealers and OEMs: refer to your Dealer Agreement for return provisions.

 

How to Obtain a Return Authorization (RA)

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact ElectroSea at orders@electrosea.com.
  2. Provide your contact information, product information, including serial number(s),
    original order information, and reason for the return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping
    label if applicable.
