ElectroStrainer® Pro, ElectroSea’s flagship marine growth prevention product, provides the discerning boater with a premium marine growth prevention solution for refit and new-build applications. ElectroStrainer Pro is available in four strainer inlet/outlet sizes and features a 2205 stainless-steel alloy canister. ElectroStrainer Pro includes a Remote Display for easy monitoring of real-time flow rates from the helm, salon, or location of your choice.
ElectroStrainer Pro comes standard or as a standard option on many of today’s boat brands. An Authorized ElectroSea Dealer can also replace your existing sea strainer. Installation is straightforward and can be done in about a day while your boat is in the water.

INTEGRATED CONTROLS An integrated Control Head with a compact design features a bright, easy-to-read LED screen and intuitive controls. Power is dynamically adjusted to the system to ensure a precise, low level of electrochlorination.
BIOFOULING PREVENTION DEVICE The smart biofouling prevention device is nested directly in ElectroStrainer Pro’s strainer basket and uses advanced electrochlorination technology to generate a precise, low level of chlorine as seawater enters the boat. This process creates an environment where barnacles simply can’t live.
HYDRODYNAMIC STRAINER ElectroStrainer Pro’s integrated strainer basket is hydrodynamically optimized to diffuse treated seawater throughout the entire basket and has a large surface area to effectively strain debris from passing seawater with minimal pressure drop.
2205 ALLOY CANISTER ElectroStrainer Pro’s Canister is made of super duplex 2205 stainless-steel alloy, one of the strongest, most corrosion-resistant materials in the marine industry. ElectroStrainer Pro has a fully cast, one-piece strainer body, eliminating any weaknesses inherent at welded joints, and undergoes a special finishing process to provide a unique chromium-rich shine.
The ultrasonic ClearVis® Flow Sensor measures the amount of seawater moving through the sensor in real time.
View real-time flow information on the Remote Display, which can be located in the salon, cockpit, or other interior location.
The Remote Display can be mounted using the included Black or White Mounting Bracket or it can be flush mounted.
ElectroStrainer Pro automatically alerts you if its strainer basket needs attention with its Smart Strainer Flow Alert™ feature.
The CELL indicator will illuminate or flash in various conditions to indicate low salinity or when the Cell has reached the end of its useful life.
A chlorinated return line prevents growth at the inlet side of the strainer basket.
Monitor flow rate in gallons per minute (gpm) or liters per minute (lpm).
ElectroStrainer Pro can operate with multiple Remote Displays (ordered separately).
ElectroStrainer Pro is backed by ElectroSea’s 2-year parts and labor Warranty.
